See attached for the Final Draft of Envision 2024 – The Blossburg Borough Mini Comprehensive Plan from 2014. This was created in 2013/2014 as an extension of the previous Blossburg Borough Comprehensive plan. This mini-comprehensive plan ran through 2024 and the Borough will need to start work on the next one.
