See attached for the Initial Draft of Envision 2024 – The Blossburg Borough Mini Comprehensive Plan. This was created in 2013/2014 as an extension of the previous Blossburg Borough Comprehensive plan. This mini-comprehensive plan ran through 2024 and the Borough will need to start work on the next one.
Note: I tried to acquire the “Final” version, but only ever came across the draft version. As such, there are typos and some amount of missing/incorrect information. This is being republished here so it can be referred to by residents of the Borough.
