Dear Friend of the Blossburg Pool:
The Island Park, including the swimming pool and bath house, continues to exceptionally serve the town of Blossburg and surrounding communities. The current bath house is over 65 years old and needs to be replaced.
We have worked closely with Aquatic Facility Design to create a plan that addresses modern family desires and meets important code requirements. The new design has additional restroom facilities, including an ADA family restroom, an expanded concession area offering both open and covered seating, a new pool heater and other amenities. Demolition is expected to begin at the end of this swimming season with new construction to follow at an estimated cost of $1,000,000.
The purpose of this letter is to respectfully request your financial support in the construction of the new bath house. Every donation, no matter the size, will make a valued impact and bring us closer to a modern facility for children and families to enjoy.

The Bloss Area Swimming Association was established in 1981 and is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Donations are tax deductible.
