2026 Spring Clean up for Blossburg Borough will be May 12th or 13th, 2026 depending on your garbage day. Remember no batteries, no tires, no paint cans, no brush, no construction debris, etc. Keep your cleanup separate from your garbage.
Guidelines:
Place all items for pickup at the front curb of your residence. Keep items for pickup separate from your normal weekly trash. Paper, Magazines, Cardboard, Plastic, Tin Cans and other recyclable items should be separate and put out on your normal bi-weekly recycling day.
People do like to scavenge during Spring and Fall Cleanup, place items out during the weekend prior to the cleanup date. This provides an opportunity for people who salvage and upcycle to acquire items and reduces the total amount of material that ends up at the landfill, and therefore the overall cost. The Cleanup is an expensive, but valuable event. Together we can keep the expense down.
Scavengers who pick up items placed out for cleanup collection do so at their own risk. Do not litter, dispose of, nor relocate non-usable items elsewhere
within BLOSSBURG BOROUGH. If you take it – you take it.
