About the Blossburg-North Penn Alumni Association
The Blossburg-North Penn Alumni Association was formed in 1988 when the classes of 1966, 1967 and 1968 held a joint reunion at the Kiwanis Community Center at Island Park in Blossburg, after having had prior difficulties generating sufficient attendance at a single year reunion to make the organizing work worthwile. The combined reunion was very successful. The organizers found additional interested volunteers from other classes to join together to create the association. Since then, they have held 19 annual reunions for the attendees and alumni of Blossburg High School and North Penn High School.
The reunion is held the first Saturday in August each year and consists of a catered banquet, music and time to reminisce with "old" friends. Our database has well over 2,000 alumni, but we're always looking for more names and addresses. We usually send invitations to those who have attended in the past and anniversary years, but for this special event in 2008, we're sending invitations to everyone in the database.

About Music Meets Memories: A Weekend in Blossburg
Blossburg V.I.B.E. has partnered with the Endless Mountain Music Festival and the Blossburg-North Penn Alumni Association to create an exciting, unique weekend for residents and visitors focused around two events: the opening night concert of the 2008 music festival and the 20th annual alumni reunion.
