Spring ahead! Don't forget to turn your clocks ahead for daylight savings on Sunday, March 11, at 2:00 am. Wonder how many people will be late for work this year?

Congrats to Kayla House who has been named this year's NPHS Maple Sugar Sweetheart candidate.

Blossburg Wrestling Club won the Endless Mountain League Championship tournament held on Saturday, March 2nd. They competed against Mansfield, Liberty, Wellsboro, Troy, Canton, and Williamson teams. Way to go!! Be sure to congratulate the following wrestlers for their remarkable team effort- Jordan Adams, Cameron Andrews, Charlie Andrews, Jon Baker, Levi Christman, Logan Garverick, Nick Grinell, Nathan Heck, Luke Kelly, Justin Kling, Nathan Mahonski, Rachel Mahonski, Kamren Manikowski, Konnor Manikowski, Jake Myers, Tylar O'Connors, Bradley Pequignot, and Connor Watkins. Also, good luck to the wrestlers that will be going on to try and qualify at Districts.

VIBE will have their next meeting Wednesday, March 21, 2007 at 6 pm in the lower level of the Blossburg Memorial Library. All are welcome to attend.

The library book club selection for March will be The Dog Walker by Leslie Schnur. Book club is open to all adults and offers free baby-sitting. Please contact the library at 638-2197 for more information. The library offers free high-speed wireless internet and five computers for public access. Be sure to check out Thomson Gale Legal Forms on the library’s website at www.blossburgmemoriallibrary.com. The database offers online access to professional legal documents free of charge, including: bankruptcy, divorce, living wills, power of attorney, taxes, real estate, and many more.

A food pantry is held the 3rd Monday each month from 10am-12pm and 6pm-8pm at The First United Methodist Church of Blossburg. For more information, contact Betty Johnson at (570)638-2805.

T.O.P.S. (Take off Pounds Sensibly) meets every Monday at the First United Methodist Church of Blossburg. Weigh-in is at 5 p.m.

Blossburg BINGO! Every Monday bingo is held at St. Mary's Hall, 6:30pm and every Wednesday at the fire & ambulance building, 5:30pm

BINGO has changed at the Blossburg Volunteer Fire and Ambulance Building. It's still every Wednesday night. The doors open at 5pm. However,effective February 14th, Bingo will start at 6:00pm INSTEAD of 6:30pm.

Weight Watchers meet every Wednesday at The First United Methodist Church of Blossburg. Weigh in starts at 5:15 pm.
